Our client, a Real Estate company deals in Buying and Selling of properties for Cash, needed a CRM solution to organize buyers, sellers, agents, housing information and an Invoicing module to work in an integrated manner with the other modules. Ideadunes team customized the SugarCRM application as per our client’s specific requirements.
Our client is a Real Estate company and provides Cash on the home sale. As per their business nature they need to maintain a large number of data set to manage of Buyers, Sellers, Agents, Area Rates, Loan providers, etc. The client is a reputed personality in the State and also deals in providing medical facilities such as Plastic surgeries.
The company needed a customized, user-friendly, highly flexible CRM solution that could be used across teams in order to organize sales and customer activities, improve efficiency, build better relationships and reduce costs. The client also needs the Invoices to be generated and to be linked with the modules.
First, Ideadunes team had to identify the appropriate CRM solution – one with a flexible platform that could be customized according to the clients dynamic requirements that could grow as the company’s business continued to expand. The Ideadunes developers implemented the Sugar CRM open source solution. They developed new modules; customized other specific modules for Buyers, Sellers, Agents, Area Rates, Loan providers, Emails and Reporting; and integrated the solution with the other applications our client was already using such as Mailchimp, Wordpress form on the website. The Sugar CRM solution helped our client improve presales activities, better Invoicing across modules.
