By accessing or using the IdeaDunes WebApp platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IdeaDunes provides a web-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform, including features for contact management, sales pipeline tracking, email marketing, project management, helpdesk, and team collaboration.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's functionality.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
