3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use IdeaDunes to:

• Violate laws or regulations — including data protection, anti-spam, export controls, and industry regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited messages — mass emailing without proper consent, phishing, or deceptive communications
• Distribute malware or harmful content — uploading viruses, ransomware, or exploits
• Infringe intellectual property — using the platform to distribute copyrighted material without authorization
• Attempt unauthorized access — probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities of the platform or other accounts
• Abuse platform resources — excessive API calls, automated scraping, or intentional resource exhaustion
• Store prohibited content — illegal material, content that promotes violence, or content violating applicable laws
• Impersonate others — creating accounts under false identities or misrepresenting affiliation
• Resell without authorization — reselling access to the platform without a proper partner or reseller agreement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning notification via email
• Temporary suspension of account or specific features
• Permanent termination of account
• Reporting to appropriate law enforcement if required

We aim to resolve issues cooperatively and will provide notice before taking action, except in cases of severe violations requiring immediate response.

6. Reporting Violations

If you observe a violation of this policy, please report it to abuse@ideadunes.com or through the contact form. Reports are investigated promptly and treated confidentially.

7. Changes

IdeaDunes may update this AUP with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
