How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and you will receive a reset link within 2 minutes.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

How do I invite team members?

Navigate to Dashboard → Team Management → Invite. Enter their email addresses and assign roles. They will receive an invitation link.

What file types can I upload?

You can upload documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX), images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP), videos (MP4, MOV), audio (MP3, WAV), archives (ZIP, RAR), and more. Maximum file size is 50MB.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. All data is backed up daily with encrypted offsite storage. Enterprise plans include real-time replication and custom retention policies.

Do you support multi-currency invoicing?

Absolutely. IdeaDunes supports 10 currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, AED, INR, JPY, CAD, AUD, SGD, CHF) with automatic conversion and localized tax handling.
