Free Plan

The IdeaDunes Free plan requires no payment and includes no refund considerations. You can use it indefinitely with no obligations.

Paid Subscriptions

  • Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime. Refund available within 30 days of initial payment.
  • Annual Plans: Prorated refund available within 30 days. After 30 days, you may cancel but the remaining term is not refunded.
  • Enterprise Plans: Custom terms as specified in your Enterprise Agreement.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your IdeaDunes dashboard
  2. Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  3. Select "Request Refund" and provide a reason
  4. Our team will process your request within 5-7 business days
